  • In July 2019, Attorney Battey served on the faculty of the American Bar Association Section of Family Law National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s 34th 8-day Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute in Boulder, Colorado. Attorney Battey was invited back to teach after serving on the faculty for the first time in July 2018.

 

  • Attorneys Ferro and Eucalitto were successful in persuading the Appellate Court to reverse a trial court’s financial orders in Keusch v. Keusch, AC 39395, decided September 18, 2018.

 

  • In July 2018, Attorney Battey served on the faculty of the American Bar Association Section of Family Law │National Institute for Trial Advocacy's 33rd 8-day Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute in Boulder, Colorado.

  • Attorney Ferro continues to lecture and present to various groups, most recently at the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers’ (Connecticut Chapter) Biennial Seminar in April of 2018 and at the American Bar Association Section of Family Law │National Institute for Trial Advocacy's 31st and 32nd 8-day Family Law Trial Advocacy Institutes in Boulder, Colorado in July of 2017 and July of 2016.
  • Attorneys Ferro and Eucalitto were successful in persuading the Appellate Court to uphold a trial court’s child support orders in LeSueur v. LeSueur, AC 38300, decided May 9, 2017.
  • Mr. Ferro presented to the Nebraska State Bar Association Family Law Section in Lincoln, Nebraska in July of 2016.
  • Mr. Ferro’s article, Unallocated Alimony and Child Support; Navigating the Tax Code’s Hazards, was published in the ABA’s Family Advocate in the Fall of 2014.
  • In March of 2014, Attorney Ferro delivered a presentation on Attacking and Defending Premarital Agreements in Cancun, Mexico to the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
