Attorneys Battey and Eucalitto successfully persuaded the Appellate Court to overturn the trial court’s child support order in the matter of Ross v. Ross, AC 42950, decided on October 13, 2020.

In July 2019, Attorney Battey served on the faculty of the American Bar Association Section of Family Law National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s 34th 8-day Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute in Boulder, Colorado. Attorney Battey was invited back to teach after serving on the faculty for the first time in July 2018.

Attorneys Ferro and Eucalitto were successful in persuading the Appellate Court to reverse a trial court’s financial orders in Keusch v. Keusch, AC 39395, decided September 18, 2018.

In July 2018, Attorney Battey served on the faculty of the American Bar Association Section of Family Law │National Institute for Trial Advocacy's 33rd 8-day Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute in Boulder, Colorado.

Attorney Ferro presented a seminar entitled “Exacting Evidence: How to Get It In and How to Keep It Out.”

In May of 2018, Attorney Eucalitto delivered a presentation to the Fairfield County Bar Association entitled “Post-Majority Child Support: A Primer & Discussion of Practical Considerations.”

In 2023, Attorney Eucalitto was awarded Connecticut's Best Lawyer - Ones to Watch.

In June of 2023, Attorney Battey served as a faculty member for the 2023 AAML Institute for Family Law Associates (Advanced) in Chicago, Illinois.

Consecutively from 2017 through 2023, Attorney Battey has been awarded Connecticut's Best Lawyer.

Attorneys Ferro and Eucalitto were successful in persuading the Appellate Court to uphold a trial court’s child support orders in LeSueur v. LeSueur, AC 38300, decided May 9, 2017.
Mr. Ferro presented to the Nebraska State Bar Association Family Law Section in Lincoln, Nebraska in July of 2016.
Mr. Ferro’s article, “Unallocated Alimony and Child Support; Navigating the Tax Code’s Hazards,” was published in the ABA’s Family Advocate in the Fall of 2014.
