- In May 2025, Attorney Eucalitto travelled to Dallas, TX, to attend the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) National Family Law Conference.
- Attorneys Battey and Eucalitto successfully persuaded the Appellate Court to overturn the trial court’s financial orders in the matter of Sonthonnax v. Xing, 232 Conn. App. 610 (2025).
- In March 2025, Attorney Battey attended the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Midyear Meeting in Costa Rica.
- Attorney Eucalitto successfully persuaded the court to overturn its custody orders in the matter of Cardona v. Padilla, 230 Conn. App. 534 (2025).
2024
- On October 15, 2024, Ferro, Battey & Eucalitto, LLC opens its new Westport, CT office location.
- In 2024, Attorneys Battey & Eucalitto were selected as two of Connecticut’s Super Lawyers - Rising Stars.
- Attorney Battey recently attended the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) Annual Meeting at the Loews Chicago Hotel from November 6-9, 2024. As the premier conference for leading family law professionals, the AAML Annual Meeting gathers prestigious attorneys from across the nation to address today’s most pressing family law issues.
- In July 2024, Attorney Battey served on the faculty of the American Bar Association Section of Family Law National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s 8-day Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute in Kansas City.
- In May 2024, Attorney Eucalitto traveled to Nashville, TN to attend The 2024 National Family Law Conference. This was a fantastic opportunity to network with lawyers and experts from across the country.
- On April 5, 2024, Attorney Battey presented at the Connecticut Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Symposium - The Changing Landscape of the Practice of Family Law. Attorney Battey presented on Effectively Managing a Large Discovery Case.
